Payments

Payment is accepted through PayPal, which also accepts all major credit cards. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase through PayPal.

Transactions are secure and I do not receive your credit card or account information from PayPal.

shipping

PDF pattern downloads are processed through Ravelry. After purchase, you will receive an email confirmation from downloads@ravelry.com to download your pattern to your device or save it to your Ravelry library. If you do not receive an email, please check your junk or spam folder.

For physical products such as kits, orders are shipped worldwide from Iceland using Iceland Post Registered Priority service, which includes tracking.

Once your package has shipped, average delivery time is 7-14 days for most countries but may vary depending on location and customs processing times in your country.

Buyers are solely responsible for all customs and/or import duties, fees, taxes or tariffs that may be charged by your country upon delivery.

returns

Because of the nature of electronic PDF downloads, all PDF pattern and ebook purchases are final sale and cannot be returned.

For physical products such as kits, if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason and would like to return it, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item for a full refund or exchange. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you do not receive your order within 30 days of the shipment date or if your order arrives damaged, please notify me and I will issue a refund or replacement.

Refunds or exchanges on physical products will be issued within 30 days.

These policies are in compliance with Icelandic distance selling regulations.
